The Role
- Process a high volume of property damage claims
- Act as a customer service agent
- Providing support and advice to clients
- Liaising with stakeholders when necessary
- Experience working in the insurance industry is desired
- Experience working in a call centre environment
- Ability to deal with high volume calls
- Adaptable with excellent communication skills
- Career progression with great exposure to the construction and insurance industry
