The Role
As a Casualty Claims Executive you will be responsible for managing a portfolio  of Liability, Financial Lines (including cyber) and some general insurance claims. You will need to demonstrate a strong ability in negotiating favourable claims outcomes for clients and escalating claims when needed. Main duties include:

• Manage a mixed portfolio of Specialty / Casualty / Fin Lines Claims
• Apply claims policies and procedures
• Provide excellent customer service to clients
• Liaise and manage various stakeholders 

The Company
Our client is a national Insurance brokerage looking for an experienced Claims Executive due to the expansion of their team in Newcastle (2300). 

Ideal Candidate

• 2 years' experience managing General Insurance Claims, ideally in Liability, Personal Injury or Financial Lines claims. 
• Legal Degrees looked favourably on but not necessary.
• Experience with high volume claim portfolios
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills
