My client, a leading Brokerage is looking for an experienced Claims Executive to head up and grow the claims team in QLD. 

The Role
As a Claims Executive you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of complex claims in a timely manner. You will need to manage reporting and demonstrate a strong ability to negotiate favourable claims settlements for clients.

• Manage a mixed portfolio of Property and Motor Claims
• Apply claims policies and procedures
• Provide excellent customer service to their clients
• Liaise and manage various stakeholders 

Ideal Candidate

• Minimum 2-3 years experience in Property and Motor Claims obtained by working for a broker
• Experience with high volume claims
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills
