Our client is seeking an experienced Claims Lodgement Officer with an extensive knowledge of end to end claims management. They are looking for an agile, innovative and proactive candidate with claims experience to support their loss adjusters and assessors.
You will be required to:
- Accurately process claims throughout the claim life cycle efficiently
- Manage claims from the beginning through to settlement, and prepare reports
- Processing new insurance claims notifications
- Gathering all information needed to proceed with a claim
- Contact trades professionals from our network to arrange repairs for claimants
- Ability to maintain stakeholder relationships
- Comply with legal requirements as well as industry regulations.
The Ideal Candidate
- 2-3 years insurance experience in either Home, Motor or Commercial insurance
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Work independently and achieve team targets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Maintain business relationships with stakeholders
