The Role
As a Claims Manager you will play an integral part in the business which will include:
- Managing and developing a claims team as well as hands-on technical case management
- Input into broader company objectives
- Ensuring efficiency, cost effectiveness and quality service levels
- Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports as required
- Build, maintain and manage relationships with third-party administrators, insurers, legal counsel and other claims related parties
- Previous leadership experience gained within the general insurance industry
- Previous exposure across liability/casualty insurance products
- Experience managing claims within a brokerage
- Positive and energetic approach
- Highly developed communication and negotiation skills
