Our client is a well-regarded general insurer with operations spanning globally. They currently have a need for a Claims Operations Manager to manage a team a team of leaders across various commercial claims teams.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Claims Manager/Operations Manager who has a strong claims background to join a well-established company in the market and leading a team of trained staff. This position is part of the senior leadership team and you will influence the direction and development of the business.
As a Claims/Operations Manager, your duties will include but not be limited to:
- People management
- Overseeing the claims division for this growing general insurer
- Reporting internally and externally to stakeholders
- Implementing processes and systems in place for this growing organisation
- Quality assurance
