The Company 
Our client are a well regarded General Insurer with operations spanning globally. They currently have a need for a Operations Manager to manage a large team across various product areas.

Apart from the usual well-developed verbal and written communication skills, good time management skills, attention to detail and ability to build relationships and work as part of a wider team, you'll also need to demonstrate:
  • Proven leadership experience in a team leader / operational role 
  • A strong insurance background 
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Demonstrated commitment to quality and continuous improvement
