The Role
As an Client Services Officer, your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Building and nurturing existing relations with B2B clients
- High level customer service across calls and email
- Actively pursuing upsell opportunities
- Monitoring inventory
- Handling product recalls, refunds, warranty issues
- Arranging Logistics/ Courier Eta's
- Accurately updating multiple systems ( JDE, Salesforce)
- Location: Macquarie Park, Sydney - Parking Onsite
- Salary: $34/hour + Superannuation
- Hours: Monday to Friday - 8.30am till 5pm
- Temp to Perm opportunity
As a successful Client Services Officer, you will offer:
- Previous experience in a busy B2B Customer Service role
- Ideally looking for someone with applicance, warranty or retail expereicne
- Excellent attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal & written
- Basic to Intermediate Word, Excel, PowerPoint & typing skills
