The Company
Our client aims to deliver luxury vehicles that are athletically elegant, human-centered and revolutionary. They are exploding on to the market with their CBD and Parramatta store, and aim to challenge and improve the customer experience and purchase process for the automotive industry.

The Role:
As a casual Concierge, your duties will include but not be limited to:
  • Meet and greet all customers who enter the showroom
  • Provide seamless, personalized experiences for every customer
  • Deal with general customer inquiries
  • Travel to remote test drives for customers and join them while they test drive the vehicles
  • Excite and educate prospective customers about the brand and the products
  • Respond to email and phone inquiries 
  • Salary: $27.40/hour + superannuation
  • Contract: Casual contract - work the hours that suit you! Minimum of 5 days of work per week. This role is for weekends - you must be happy to work on these days. 
  • Showroom Hours: Monday to Sunday - 10am to 6pm
  • Location: CBD or Parramatta Location - close to public transport 
You:
In order to become a part of this exciting new brand, you will have:
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a customer-focused attitude 
  • Flexible availability 
  • A full drivers license and be comfortable driving cars 
  • Experience providing luxury/high-end customer service ideal but not essential
  • Immaculate corporate presentation
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication
  • Passion for customer service and the automotive industry
