Our client aims to deliver luxury vehicles that are athletically elegant, human-centered and revolutionary. They are exploding on to the market with their CBD and Parramatta store, and aim to challenge and improve the customer experience and purchase process for the automotive industry.
As a casual Concierge, your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Meet and greet all customers who enter the showroom
- Provide seamless, personalized experiences for every customer
- Deal with general customer inquiries
- Excite and educate prospective customers about the brand and the products
- Respond to email and phone inquiries
- Salary: $26.14-$27.55/hour + superannuation
- Contract: On-Call, Casual contract - work the hours that suit you! Minimum of 3-4 days of work per week
- Showroom Hours: Monday to Sunday - 10am to 6pm
- Location: CBD and Parramatta Location - close to public transport
