The Role:
As a casual Concierge, your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Meet and greet all customers who enter the showroom
- Provide seamless, personalized experiences for every customer
- Deal with general customer inquiries
- Excite and educate prospective customers about the brand and the products
- Respond to email and phone inquiries
- Salary: $27.40/hour + superannuation
- Contract: Casual contract - work the hours that suit you! Minimum of 4-5 days of work per week. This role is for weekends - you must be happy to work on these days.
- Showroom Hours: Monday to Sunday - 10am to 6pm
- Location: CBD Location - close to public transport
In order to become a part of this exciting new brand, you will have:
- Exceptional customer service skills and a customer-focused attitude
- Flexible availability
- Experience providing luxury/high-end customer service ideal but not essential
- Immaculate corporate presentation
- Exceptional verbal and written communication
- Passion for customer service and/or the automotive industry
