A global insurance industry leader who specializes in Property, Motor and Cyber insurance. The Australian company now has branches in the United States, South Africa, New Zealand and Italy. They are currently seeking a Contract Administrator join their Team on a temp to perm basis.
The Role
As a Contract Administration Assistant your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Managing Contractors
- Manage a portfolio of repairs
- Desktop repairs
- Experience managing projects
- Outbound calls
- Take inbound calls and answer General inquiries
- Ad hoc administration duties
- Location: Matraville
- Salary: $40-$45/hour + superannuation
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

To be successful in the role, you will have:
- Previous experience in Administration roles
- Managing a portfolio of repairs
- Liaise with stakeholders including contractors
- Great attitude to their work & high work ethic
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
