The Company
Our client is an Australian-born reputable manufacturing organization providing products & services to more than 70 countries worldwide. Their newly renovated offices are based in Condell Park. 

The Role
As a Customer Care Specialist, your duties will include but not be limited to:
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls
  • Merging agreements
  • Hours: Monday to Friday 9:30am - 6:00pm
  • Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 + superannuation 
To be successful in this role you will have:
  • Previous customer service/administration
  • Salesforce or Pronto experience desirable but not essential
  • Intermediate - Advances MS Excel knowledge: V-Lookups
  • Excellent attention to detail 
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
