Our client, a global leader in sustainably moving goods, partners with over 250,000 supply chains across the Globe and plays a crucial part in connecting people and businesses to our everyday life's essentials. Now looking for a Customer Experience & Support Administrator to grow their supportive and very busy customer experience team. 

Whilst ensuring that customer satisfaction is always maximized, as the Customer Experience & Support Administrator your duties will include, but not be limited to:
  • Dealing with high volume projects across complaints management, customer onboarding and customer surveys.
  • Support Customer Service, Operations, Logistics and Sales teams as well as direct customers and relevant stakeholders with administration.
  • Action all new customer service communications via email or phone
  • Raise and process purchase orders
  • High volume of accurate data processing, cleansing, and reporting
  • SALARY: $30/per hour + super 
  • HOURS: Monday-Friday, 7.30am and 5pm Rota (37.5 hours)
  • LOCATION: Lidcombe (WFH flexibility)
As a valued member of the Customer Experience Team in this Administration role, you will possess the following qualities:
  • Passionate about delivering quality customer service
  • SAP and Salesforce Experience preferred
  • Previous Supply chain administration is highly regarded
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines, organize and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously while working independently
  • Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office
