As a Customer Service Representative, your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Meet and greet all customers who enter the showroom
- Provide seamless, personalised experiences for every customer
- Deal with general customer inquiries
- Excite and educate prospective customers about the brand and the products
- Salary: $26.14-$27.55/hour + superannuation
- Contract: Casual - work the hours that suit you!
- Showroom Hours: Monday to Sunday 10am - 6pm (rotating roster)
- Location: Sydney CBD - Pitt Street
In order to become a part of this exciting new brand, you will have:
- Experience providing luxury/high-end customer service
- A full Australian drivers license
- Immaculate corporate presentation
- Exceptional verbal and written communication
- Passion for customer service and/or the automotive industry
