They are seeking a Customer Service Officer to join their team! They have fantastic offices located conveniently close to public transport & offer a supportive working environment in which you can progress and develop. Newly refurbished offices with plenty of amenities.

The Role
My client has 2 x part time roles and 1 x full time role as a Customer Service Representative available where your duties will include but not be limited to:
  • Managing inbound customer inquiries
  • Booking appointments for customers
  • Monitoring and managing an email inbox
  • Keeping detailed notes on customer conversations and inquiries
  • Following up with customer inquiries and bookings
  • Talking with customers in need and making a difference in their life. 
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, roster shifts between 8am and 8pm 
  • Available Roles: 2 x part time position & 1 x full time position
  • Location: West Perth (in office role)
  • Salary: $55,000 + Superannuation (pro-rata for part time)

As a Customer Service Representative you will have:
  • Previous experience in a call centre or customer facing role  
  • Interest or previous exposure to mental health highly regarded
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • An empathetic, resilient and positive approach to customer service
  • Excellent attention to detail and data entry skills
  • Calm and approachable demeanor
  • Adaptable and able to perform whilst under pressure
