The Company
Our client is an established distributor within the construction and building industry and has just been certified as a Great Place To Work. The business holds a high standard to their level of customer service and are seeking a bubbly outgoing team player who has experience as a Customer Service Representative Or Sales Representative to join their team in the Western Suburbs.
 

The Role
  • Delivering WOW service to make life easier for construction contractors
  • Answering 65+ customer calls a day (inbound & outbound)
  • Upsell and cross sell on orders
  • Multi-tasking by processing orders whilst on the phone at the same time
  • Servicing key our accounts to ensure repeated business & grow GP$ from accounts
  • Location: Arndell Park - Parking onsite (WFH 2 days per week)
  • Salary: $70,000 + Superannuation
  • Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm

You:
  • 2-3 years experience in Customer Service and/or Sales – inbound & outbound calls
  • Must have experience working in the construction/industrial industry
  • Comfortable cross-selling, up-selling and generating leads
  • Previous experience in the civil construction industry supply industry is highly regarded but not required
  • Ability to handle high volumes and a fast paced environment
  • Intermediate level Microsoft Office Suite
  • An ability to understand the products and procedures of the business
