The business is constantly growing and due to this are in need of a Customer Service Representative to start on an immediate basis. You will be based out of their office located in the Sydney South area, with hybrid working available. The client is supportive of their staff and encourages long-term growth and development.

About the role

As a Customer Service Representative your duties will include, but not be limited to:
  • Assist our customers with their initial enquiries via phone and email
  • Process phone orders and customer payments
  • Assist with price and stock availability queries
  • Assist with order queries, including ETAs, delivery and courier enquiries
  • Direct enquires/calls to the correct team
  • SALARY: $60,000-$70,000 + Superannuation
  • LOCATION: Sutherland Shire, WFH 2 days per week
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • Be able to multitask and have high attention to detail
  • You like problem solving
  • Ability to work well in a team and autonomously
  • You have an interest in technology
