The Role
As an Inbound Customer Service Representative your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Making service bookings with existing customers
- Managing phone queries
- Corresponding to e-mail queries
- Maintaining retention rates
- Hours: Monday to Friday between 6:30am and 5:30pm (37.5 hour work week)
- Location: Fortitude Valley, Brisbane
- Salary: $55,000 + Superannuation
You
As a successful Outbound Customer Service representative, you will offer:
- 2+ Years in customer service experience
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work in a repetitive environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
