Job description

Our client is a growing Underwriting company located in the CBD. They value and promote a great work culture and are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their team. If you are looking to pursue a career in the Insurance Industry this might be the role for you!

The Role 
As a Customer Service Representative your duties will include but not be limited to: 
  • Assist policyholders with any requests inc. quoting, new business, renewals, closing sales & assisting with general enquiries
  • Answer any customer queries regarding their insurance policies 
  • Take overflow calls from the general inquiries team
  • Meet KPI's and targets
  • Ad hoc administration duties 
  • Salary: $60,000 + Superannuation 
  • Location: Sydney CBD (WFH 2 days a week available)
  • Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday

As a successful Customer Service Representative you will offer: 
  • 2 + years call centre experience is essential
  • Insurance/Claims experience is highly regarded
  • High administration skills required
  • Ability to work under pressure 
  • High energy and can-do attitude!
