The Role
As a Customer Service Representative your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Assist policyholders with any requests inc. quoting, new business, renewals, closing sales & assisting with general enquiries
- Answer any customer queries regarding their insurance policies
- Take overflow calls from the general inquiries team
- Meet KPI's and targets
- Ad hoc administration duties
- Salary: $60,000 + Superannuation
- Location: Sydney CBD (WFH 2 days a week available)
- Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday
As a successful Customer Service Representative you will offer:
- 2 + years call centre experience is essential
- Insurance/Claims experience is highly regarded
- High administration skills required
- Ability to work under pressure
- High energy and can-do attitude!
