The Role:
As a Service Advisor, your duties will include but not be limited to:
  • Meet and greet all customers who enter the showroom
  • Provide seamless, personalised experiences for every customer
  • Deal with general customer enquiries
  • Excite and educate prospective customers about the brand and the products
  • Respond to email and phone enquiries 
  • Salary: $60,000- $65,000 + commission + car allowance
You:
In order to become a part of this exciting new brand, you will have:
  • Exceptionial customer service skills and a customer-focused attitude
  • Experience providing luxury/high-end customer service ideal but not essential
  • Immaculate corporate presentation
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication
  • Passion for customer service and/or the automotive industry
  • You must hold a current NSW driver’s license (applicable to types of vehicles being driven).
  • Automotive experience desirable
