The Role:
As a Service Advisor, your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Meet and greet all customers who enter the showroom
- Provide seamless, personalised experiences for every customer
- Deal with general customer enquiries
- Excite and educate prospective customers about the brand and the products
- Respond to email and phone enquiries
- Salary: $60,000- $65,000 + commission + car allowance
In order to become a part of this exciting new brand, you will have:
- Exceptionial customer service skills and a customer-focused attitude
- Experience providing luxury/high-end customer service ideal but not essential
- Immaculate corporate presentation
- Exceptional verbal and written communication
- Passion for customer service and/or the automotive industry
- You must hold a current NSW driver’s license (applicable to types of vehicles being driven).
- Automotive experience desirable
