The Role
As the B2B Customer Service Manager, you will have 6-8 direct reports. Your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Handling escalations
- Training and onboarding new staff
- Reporting
- Lead, coach and develop the B2B customer care team
- Liaising with 3rd party logistics
- Location: Regents Park, 2143 (WFH available after 6 months)
- Salary: Up to $100,000 + Superannuation + Bonus
- Hours: Monday to Friday - 8:30am-5pm
You
In order to be considered for this role, you must have the following:
- Must have experience in a leadership role - team leader/manager
- Experience with B2B highly regarded
- Someone with strong management skills
- Experience with logistics and inventory highly regarded
