The Role
As the B2B Customer Service Manager, you will have 6-8 direct reports. Your duties will include but not be limited to: 
  • Handling escalations
  • Training and onboarding new staff
  • Reporting
  • Lead, coach and develop the B2B customer care team
  • Liaising with 3rd party logistics
  • Location: Regents Park, 2143 (WFH available after 6 months)
  • Salary: Up to $100,000 + Superannuation + Bonus
  • Hours: Monday to Friday - 8:30am-5pm

You

In order to be considered for this role, you must have the following: 
  • Must have experience in a leadership role - team leader/manager
  • Experience with B2B highly regarded 
  • Someone with strong management skills 
  • Experience with logistics and inventory highly regarded
