The Company
Our client is a global brand and a household name!  They are a well-established organization and are coming into their busiest period. They are actively seeking Warranty and Customer Service Specialists to assist in administration, order processing and customer service-based roles. 

The Role

As a Customer Service Officer your duties will include but not be limited to:
  • Handling inbound calls and emails relating to parts, warranty, and technical issues  
  • Monitor and manage the progress of shipped orders
  • Processing invoices and returns 
  • Accurate and timely order processing  
  • Processing information into the database 
  • Data entry 
  • Handling logistics and coordinating returns 
  • Hours: Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm 
  • Salary: $60,000 + Superannuation 
  • Location: Chullora 
Due to the growth of the company, this opportunity is a Temp to Perm opportunity.

To be successful in the role, you will have: 
  • At least 2-3 years' experience in B2B customer service
  • Data entry and administration experience 
  • Advanced skills and proven experience in a variety of computer software programs 
  • Experience in manufacturing or logistics ideal 
  • Excellent customer service experience 
  • High volumes of orders and processing 
  • Proven teamwork experience and team support 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Genuine , caring approach to good customer service
