They are seeking a Customer Service Officer to join their team! They have fantastic offices located conveniently close to public transport & offer a supportive working environment in which you can progress and develop. Newly refurbished offices with plenty of amenities.

The Role
As a Customer Service Representative your duties will include but not be limited to:
  • Managing inbound customer enquiries
  • Booking appointments for customers
  • Monitoring and managing an email inbox
  • Keeping detailed notes on customer conversations and enquiries
  • Following up with customer enquiries and bookings
  • Talking with customers in need and making a difference in their life. 
Roster 
You could be working any of the following shifts ranging from 20 to 40 hours per week: 
  • Monday to Thursday from 9pm to 7am 
  • Friday to Sunday from 9pm to 7am
  • Saturday and Sunday from 7am to 5pm
  • Wednesday to Sunday from 5pm to 9pm
You
As a Customer Service Representative you will have:
  • Previous experience in a call centre or customer facing role  
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • An empathetic, resilient and positive approach to customer service
  • Excellent attention to detail and data entry skills
  • Calm and approachable demeanour
  • Adaptable and able to perform whilst under pressure
