The Role:
As a Customer Service Representative your role will include:
- Providing a high level of customer service to stakeholders
- Attending to customer enquiries
- Giving detailed and accurate information to clients in a timely manner
- Handling both inbound and outbound calls
- Corresponding with clients via email where necessary
- Ensuring detailed notes and accurate database updates
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Previous Customer Service experience within a professional working environment
- 1+year call centre experience
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- A quality over quantity approach to work
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Available to commit to short term campaigns (4-6 days)
