The Company

Our client is an Australian owned, well established Commercial building and Insurance company that have an immediate requirement for a Customer Service Representative to join their Claims Administration team.

The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, your duties will include but not be limited to:
  • Take inbound calls to capture critical information and to resolve queries. 
  • Lodging new claims
  • Coordinating with internal staff and external stakeholders 
  • Answering queries via email and telephone
  • Maintain and update the databases 
  • Duration: 6 months with view to extend
  • Salary: $55,000 - 60,000 plus super dependent on experience
  • Location: Eastern Suburbs with Work From Home Available
  • Training: 1 week office based training

The Ideal Candidate 
As a successful Customer Service Representative, you will offer:
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Previous experience in an Insurance industry is desirable but not necessary 
  • Administration experience 
  • Excellent Verbal and written communication skills 
  • A positive and outgoing attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
