The Company
Our client is an established organisation in the travel insurance industry. They have been providing travel insurance services to Australians for over 25 years on both a national and international scale. They are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their team on a temporary basis.

The Contract
The assignment will commence immediately for approximately 2-3 weeks, which can vary accordingly. We are looking for a reliable, customer-focused individual who can assist customers in need.

The Role
As a Customer Service Representative/Administrator, your duties will include but not be limited to:
  • Answering inbound calls from travelers in crisis
  • Providing adequate customer service 
  • Processing paperwork and updating databases 
  • Responding to emails and other forms of communication 
  • Ad-hoc administration as required 
In order to be considered for this role, you must have the following:
  • Previous experience in a call center/customer service or administration role is essential
  • A passion for customer & client services
  • Excellent communication skills and phone manner
  • Immediate availability
