They have been providing travel insurance services to Australians for over 25 years on both a national and international scale. They are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their team on a temporary basis.
The Contract

The Role
As a Customer Service Representative/Administrator, your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Answering inbound calls from travelers in crisis
- Providing adequate customer service
- Processing paperwork and updating databases
- Responding to emails and other forms of communication
- Ad-hoc administration as required
In order to be considered for this role, you must have the following:
- Previous experience in a call center/customer service or administration role is essential
- A passion for customer & client services
- Excellent communication skills and phone manner
- Immediate availability
