Now looking for an genuine, reliable and personable Customer Service Representative to play a crucial part in ensuring a positive experience for their customers, every time.
The Role
Whilst ensuring customer service is always maximized, your role will include:
- Handing inbound calls and emails from new and existing customers relating to new products, orders and delivery times
- Processing new orders, accurately and on time
- Communicating effectively with purchasing, distribution, warehouse and logistics in order to track order status
- Closely monitoring data entered and take necessary actions to rectify any errors
- Providing excellent customer service
- Temp Ongoing Role with potential to go Perm.
- Hours: Monday to Friday - 38hrs a week
- Salary: $28-30 per hour+ super
- Location: Kemps Creek, NSW
To be successful in this role you will have:
- 3+ years in Customer Service
- Previous experience working within Manufacturing or Supply chain for a global company is an advantage
- A team player, supportive of others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail ( accuracy is crucial)
- Proficient computer skills
- A genuine approach to providing Exceptional customer service
