The Role
As a Customer Service Officer, your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Providing a high level of customer service across all brands
- Inbound calls
- Attend to customer inquiries
- Complaint handling
- Reviewing online orders
- Live online customer chats
- Refund and stock enquiries
- Location: Waterloo - a short walk from the station
- Salary: $50,000 + Superannuation
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
- Contract: Permanent, full-time
In order to be successful for the role, you must have the following:
- Previous Customer Service Officer experience within a professional working environment
- Zendesk experience is preferred
- In-store retail or e-Commerce experience
- Ability to liaise with stakeholders
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills - typing, Word & Excel
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Fantastic attention to detail & an ability to meet deadlines
