Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Representative or Claims Officer to work for a reputable global organisation within the property claims space.

The Role
As a Customer Service Representative and Claims Officer your duties will include but not be limited to:
  • Customer service duties in relation to insurance claims 
  • Lodging and processing property claims 
  • Interacting with customers over the phone and emails
  • Adhering to the companies policies and procedures in regards to providing assistant to customers 
  • Start to build a portfolio of claims 
  • Administration duties and logging information into systems 
We are looking for:
  • Extensive customer service experience required 
  • Insurance experience or claims experience is ideal 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Ability to multitask and work within a team as well as autonomously
