Our client is a global financial services & insurance provider with a stellar reputation in the market. They are seeking a professional Customer Service Representative to join their organisation in their brand new office in North Sydney.

The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, your duties will include but not be limited to: 
  • Inbound customer service duties 
  • Point of contact for those calling the company and manage the switchboard 
  • Dealing with general enquiries, requests & complaints 
  • Dealing with the company's top tier client base
  • Administration duties as required 
  • 12 month contract with potential to be kept on permanently
You
To be successful in this role you will have: 
  • Previous customer service  experience within a professional call centre environment or on a reception basis 
  • Previous experience in insurance or financial services is preferred however not essential!
  • A professional approach to customers and work ethic
  • Excellent communication skills and phone manner
  • A motivated and goal-focused work ethic!
