As a Customer Service Representative, your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Inbound customer service duties
- Point of contact for those calling the company and manage the switchboard
- Dealing with general enquiries, requests & complaints
- Dealing with the company's top tier client base
- Administration duties as required
- 12 month contract with potential to be kept on permanently
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Previous customer service experience within a professional call centre environment or on a reception basis
- Previous experience in insurance or financial services is preferred however not essential!
- A professional approach to customers and work ethic
- Excellent communication skills and phone manner
- A motivated and goal-focused work ethic!
