- Earn anywhere from $55,000 - $75,000 + Superannuation depending on the shifts you work
As a Customer Service Representative your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Managing inbound customer enquiries
- Booking appointments for customers
- Monitoring and managing an email inbox
- Keeping detailed notes on customer conversations and enquiries
- Following up with customer enquiries and bookings
- Talking with customers in need and making a difference in their life.
You will be working the following shift:
- Monday to Thursday from 9pm to 7am
As a Customer Service Representative you will have:
- Previous experience in a call centre or customer facing role
- Exceptional communication skills
- An empathetic, resilient and positive approach to customer service
- Excellent attention to detail and data entry skills
- Calm and approachable demeanour
- Adaptable and able to perform whilst under pressure
