As a Customer Service Representative your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Managing inbound calls in relation to customer inquiries
- Booking appointments
- Monitoring an email inbox
- Hours: Monday to Friday - Rotating roster from 7:00am - 7:00pm
- Salary: $55,000 + Superannuation
As a Customer Service Representative you will have:
- Previous experience in a call centre or customer facing role
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal & written
- Problem solving skills
- An empathetic, resilient and positive approach to customer service
