The Role
As a Customer Service Representative your duties will include but not be limited to:
  • Managing inbound calls in relation to customer inquiries
  • Booking appointments 
  • Monitoring an email inbox
  • Hours: Monday to Friday - Rotating roster from 7:00am - 7:00pm
  • Salary: $55,000 + Superannuation 
You
As a Customer Service Representative you will have:
  • Previous experience in a call centre or customer facing role  
  • Exceptional communication skills both verbal & written 
  • Problem solving skills
  • An empathetic, resilient and positive approach to customer service
