We are working a leading and reputable car brand who has been operating since the 1940s and is now one of the largest vehicle manufacturers in the world. They are looking for an experienced customer service representative to join their Service Department on a 6 month contract with a potential for a permanent opportunity.

As a Customer Service Representative your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Managing phone queries both inbound and outbound
- Corresponding to e-mail queries
- Handling complaint escalations
- Liaising with clients and external departments to book services
- Hours: Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 6:00pm (38 hour week)
- Duration: Temporary to Permanent role
- Location: Macquarie Park
As a successful Customer Service representative, you will offer:
- Experience working in the automotive industry
- Call center experience
- High attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
