They are seeking a professional to join their successful organisation to manage their corporate reception in a modern office space with the core responsibilities being greeting visitors, managing front of house duties and providing administrative support.

The Role
Your duties will include but not be limited to; 
  • Answering incoming calls to the business 
  • Directing callers to the correct department or team 
  • Managing the reception inbox, responding to incoming mails 
  • Ad hoc administration duties 
You
In order to be successful for this role, you will have:
  • Previous customer service experience  
  • Intermediate Microsoft & computer skills
  • Professional acumen & excellent communication skills
  • Corporate and professional presentation
  • An ability to interact and build rapport with internal and external stakeholders 
  • A proactive approach to work
