Our client is an Australian-born entrepreneurial organisation that provides products & services to more than 70 countries globally!

We are currently assisting them in the recruitment of a Customer Service Representative to join their close-knit Facilities Management team in their conveniently located Condell Park office. They are looking for a candidate who is willing to learn and grow, with clear career progression. They have a great support network available and focus on providing the highest customer service experience for their clients.

The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, your duties will include but not be limited to:
  • Effectively Managing work orders submitted by facilities managers in a timely manner
  • Building strong, long-standing relationships with clients
  • Handling inbound calls from clients in relation to product faults, services, and complaints to ensure SLAs are achieved. 
  • Following up with various departments and technicians to ensure the best service possible. 
  • Processing updates and work orders through multiple portals.
  • Location: Condell Park - parking on site available! 
  • Salary: $60 -65K + Super and Attractive Bonus
  • Hours: Monday to Friday - between 8:00am to 6:00pm (37.5 hour week)
  • Office Based Training, with some WFH flexibility upon completion.
You
As a successful Customer Service Representative you will offer: 
  • Previous experience in facilities management and experience dealing with various facilities departments is preferred 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in stakeholder management 
  • Portal management experience - comfortable across Pronto or Salesforce is a bonus
  • Strong attention to detail across data entry
  • A passion to learn, with the drive to grow and progress
  • A positive, confident approach to problem-solving
  • Team player
