The Company
Our client is a well established company in the financial services space. World leaders, they now have offices in 20 countries and are seeking superior customer service representative's to join their busy team in Melbourne.

The Role:
As a Customer Service Representative your role will include:
  • Providing a high level of customer service to stakeholders
  • Giving detailed and accurate information to clients in a timely manner
  • Handling both inbound and outbound calls
  • Calculating and executing dividend payments for clients
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure critical and key milestones are completed timely and accurately. 
  • Coordinating the dispatch of mailing and digital communication to stakeholders
  • Ad hoc administration duties
  • Temp to Perm Role
  • Hours: Monday to Friday - 8:30am - 5:00pm
  • Salary: $32.75 + Super
  • Location: Abbotsford - Office Based Roles with Parking on site
You
To be successful in this role you will have:
  • Previous Customer Service experience within a professional working environment
  • Experience within financial services preferred
  • A genuine approach to providing good customer service
  • Excellent verbal communication skills 
  • A quality over quantity approach to work
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment 
  • Strong time management skills, able to prioritize work effectively
  • Computer literate with ability to learn new systems and concepts quickly
  • Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry skills
