The Role
- Attending to inbound phone calls
- Managing Travel Insurance general inquiries
- Providing clients with information on product offerings
- Highly customer service and sales focused
- Up-selling and cross-selling to existing customers
- Salary: $30 - $35/hour + super
- Position Type: Temp with the potential to go Perm
- Hours: Monday - Friday, shift work between 8am and 9pm.
- Location: Perth CBD
- Experience within the General Insurance industry is essential, Travel Insurance experience is preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Eager to learn and Passionate to grow in the industry
- Sales and Call Center experience desirable
- The ability to work in a team and in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
