Our Client 
Our client is very well established in the automotive industry and represents a range of quality, luxurious brands. They are currently recruiting for a customer service representative to join their experienced team. They've got beautiful modern offices and are known for their great work culture! 

The Role
As a successful Customer Service Representative, your duties will include but not be limited to: 
  • Booking in services and liaising with internal departments
  • Responding to inbound customer service queries 
  • Providing excellent customer care services 
  • Updating databases 
  • Ad hoc administration duties
  • Location: Parramatta
  • Hours: Monday to Friday between 7:30am to 5:30pm
As a successful customer service representative, you will offer: 
  • Experience working in a call centre environment 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Service driven attitude
