The Role
As a successful Customer Service Representative, your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Booking in services and liaising with internal departments
- Responding to inbound customer service queries
- Providing excellent customer care services
- Updating databases
- Ad hoc administration duties
- Location: Parramatta
- Hours: Monday to Friday between 7:30am to 5:30pm
As a successful customer service representative, you will offer:
- Experience working in a call centre environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Service driven attitude
