Our client is an established distributor within the construction and building industry. The business holds a high standard to their level of customer service and are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their team in the Western Suburbs.
The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Answering inbound calls in regards to product orders & quotes
- Providing exceptional over the phone customer service
- Up-selling & cross-selling as opportunities arise
- Processing orders on the system
- Location: Blacktown - Parking onsite
- Salary: $65,000 + Superannuation
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am - 5pm or 8am - 5pm (flexible)
You
In order to be considered for the role, you must have:
- Previous customer service experience essential
- 1-3 years experience working in a call centre environment is essential (inbound and outbound calls)
- Order management experience is ideal
- Previous experience in the industrial, building or construction industry is preferred
- An ability to understand the products and procedures of the business
- Excellent communication skills and a professional phone manner
- Great attitude is fundamental
