Our client is a nationally recognized Insurance Company that specializes in Claims Management, Insurance Technology and Data & Analytics. Since 2002, our client has spread across to the United States, South Africa, Italy and New Zealand. 

The Role

Duration: Temp role
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 - 6:00 PM
Location: Paramatta
Salary: $26/hour + Superannuation 

Your duties will include but not be limited to:
  • Inbound Customer Service
  • Outbound Customer Service 
  • Data Entry 
  • Liaising with stakeholders 
  • Customer Feedback 
The Ideal Candidate 

As a successful customer service- administration assistant, you will offer:
  • Experience in home property and contents insurance experience is a MUST
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • The ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment 
  • A positive attitude
