Our client is an established distributor within the construction and building industry. The business holds a high standard to their level of customer service and are seeking an experienced Outbound Customer Service Representative to join their team in the Western Suburbs.
As an Customer Service Representative on the Outbound team, your duties will include but not be limited to:
- High volume outbound calls
- Selling clients products to new and existing clients
- Providing exceptional over the phone customer service
- Generate new leads
- Location: Blacktown - Parking onsite
- Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 + Superannuation + Commission
- Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm
In order to be considered for the role, you must have:
- Must have Outbound Customer Service experience.
- 3 Years Sales experience
- Must have a trade background
- Previous customer service experience essential
- Industry knowledge desirable
- Drivers' license
- An ability to understand the products and procedures of the business
- Excellent communication skills and a professional phone manner
- Great attitude is fundamental
