The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Taking inbound calls regarding general inquiries
- Managing inbound leads from online
- Managing existing leads and assisting customers
- Establishing a lead recovery program
- Handling and managing all complaints
- Updating databases accordingly
- Role: Temporary role for minimum of 3 months
- Location: Macquarie Park
- Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Salary: $30/hour + Superannuation
As a successful Customer Service Representative, you will offer:
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role
- Full Australian Working rights
- Experience in automotive ideal but not essential
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
