Key responsibilities include yet are not limited to:
- Liaising with internal and external customers over the phone to direct their calls to the relevant person.
- Communicating with a high volume of clients and demonstrating a positive customer service approach.
- Taking and sending accurate messages for internal staff.
- General administrative duties as required.
- Have experience in a hospital as a customer service representative/ administrator or switchboard operator.
- Ability to commit to the working hours on a casual basis.
- Great communication skills.
- Positive team player.
