With their growth in business, they are seeking a professional Customer Service Specialist to join their customer relations team to continue their level of service and growth.
As a Customer Service Specialist, your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Handling inbound calls from key customers and clients in regards to policies and claims
- Providing information relating to product terms & conditions
- Delivering exceptional customer service in every interaction
- Location: North Sydney location - a short walk from North Sydney station
- Hours: Monday to Friday, you will work a 7.5 hour shift between 8:30am - 5:45pm
- Salary: $27.54/hour + Superannuation
To be successful in this position you will have:
- Previous call centre customer service experience within a professional call centre
- Professional communication skills - both verbal & written
- A positive & service driven attitude
- A fun, energetic approach to work - you will be joining a motivated team
