Our client are a reputable provider of insurance & financial services on a global scale. They offer a supportive working environment & a team based culture. With their growth in business, they are seeking a professional Customer Service Specialist to join their customer relations team to continue their level of service and growth. 

The Role
As a Customer Service Specialist, your duties will include but not be limited to:
  • Handling inbound calls from key customers and clients in regards to policies and claims
  • Providing information relating to product terms & conditions
  • Delivering exceptional customer service in every interaction
  • Location: North Sydney location - a short walk from North Sydney station
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, you will work a 7.5 hour shift between 8:30am - 5:45pm
  • Salary: $27.54/hour + Superannuation
To be successful in this position you will have: 
  • Previous call centre customer service experience within a professional call centre
  • Professional communication skills - both verbal & written 
  • A positive & service driven attitude
  • A fun, energetic approach to work - you will be joining a motivated team
