Key responsibilities include yet are not limited to:
- Leading, motivating and guiding a team of four to retain & develop their new and existing clients.
- Work as the escalation point for internal & external stakeholders
- Implement strategic planning ideas to further grow the customer portfolio.
- Recruit, retain, train and mentor the Customer Success Team.
- Analysis and implementation of all processes.
- Effectively liaise with various internal stakeholders.
- Review of KPI's and future planning metrics.
- A proven track record in an account management or customer success management role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- An understanding of hard & software technical solutions to clients.
- Strong business acumen.
- A strong understanding of customer success metrics in the SaaS space.
- Previous team management experience.
