Our client is an international leader in SaaS products and solutions.  Focused on delivering, automating and implementing mobile solutions for people and vehicles. They are seeking a Customer Success Manager  on a permanent full time basis.  In this role you will enjoy a great work environment, an excellent salary package, amazing benefits and ongoing learning and development.

Key responsibilities include yet are not limited to: 
  • Leading, motivating and guiding a team of four to retain & develop their new and existing clients. 
  • Work as the escalation point for internal & external stakeholders
  • Implement strategic planning ideas to further grow the customer portfolio.
  • Recruit, retain, train and mentor the Customer Success Team. 
  • Analysis and implementation of all processes.
  • Effectively liaise with various internal stakeholders. 
  • Review of KPI's and future planning metrics.
The successful candidate will ideally have: 
  • A proven track record in an account management or customer success management role.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • An understanding of hard & software technical solutions to clients.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • A strong understanding of customer success metrics in the SaaS space.
  • Previous team management experience.
