The Company

Our client is an established and well-rounded multinational Insurance provider, that is rapidly growing. As travel is busier than ever now, they are looking for someone to join the business in a Customer Success Manager role.

The Role: 
  • Driving the delivery of first class claims handling and customer service
  • Developing and implementing efficiencies for business processes
  • Elevating customer experiences though delivery of clear strategic and BAU initiatives 
  • Proactive identification and resolution of risks and issues 
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders 
  • Monitor and report on progress initiatives and provide feedback to the wider organisation
About You: 
  • Experience working in the claims space
  • Previous experience in insurance or financial services
  • Experience in delivering customer success initiatives 
  • Prior experience in managing a customer service of claims team will be highly regarded 
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
