Based in the heart of the city, with stunning Martin Place offices and a close-knit team of 30 - this is the perfect opportunity for an administration assistant seeking a new challenge within the fast-paced finance industry.

The Role
As an Office Administrator, your duties will include, but not be limited to:
  • Meeting and greeting clients on reception
  • Answering incoming phone calls
  • Collecting and distributing mail
  • Managing incoming calls
  • Scheduling and maintaining meeting rooms
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Drafting and checking reports
  • Organising staff and client events/lunches
  • Travel and diary management as required
  • Adhoc administrative duties
  • Hours: Monday to Friday - 8.00am to 5.00pm
  • Location: Martin Place - Sydney CBD
  • Salary: $45,000 - $50,000 + superannuation
