About the Company

Our client is a successfully established Insurance Brokerage which prides themselves on providing the best solutions and top services to their clients. They are a worldwide company with over 500 offices and have beautiful, modern offices in CBD.

About the Position: 
As Executive Assistant the main duties of the role include: 
  • Supporting the CEO in diary management, travel arrangements and presentation preparation
  • Coordinating & booking meetings (internal and external)
  • Minute taking and preparation of reports for strategy meetings
  • Assisting the office manager with supplier management and building management

About You: 
To be a successful candidate, the client is looking for the below experience:
  • Previous experience as a PA/EA is preferred
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office/SharePoint/OneDrive/MSL
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Flexibility in your approach to work and a willingness to help out where required
